The hotel is superbly located in Hanoi's Old Quarter, making it ideal for exploring the vibrant city. The rooms are spotless, beautifully furnished to my taste, and with a lovely bathroom. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast is delightful. However, there were occasional interruptions during breakfast service.
